Brian Patrick Wilson (born March 16, 1982) is an American professional baseball relief pitcher for the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball. Statistically, Wilson has become one of baseball's best closers, and is known for his repertoire that consists of a four-seam fastball, cutter, slider and a two-seam sinking fastball.
More recently, Wilson has drawn media attention, as well as legions of fans, for his thick, dyed-black beard and subversive humor.
